Child Care Resources
We understand that some attendees may be traveling with family, therefore, if you would like to bring your spouse and/or child(ren) with you to the 2024 Annual Meeting, you may do so by purchasing a guest pass via the online registration. If you have already registered and would like to add on a guest pass, please email info@sri-online.org to arrange further details. Guests are permitted to attend the Welcome Reception on Wednesday, March 13. Please note: guest passes do not allow access to poster halls or any other scientific sessions.
New in 2024!
SRI will offer 10-15 Family Care Grant to help support those incurring additional care expenses in order to attend the SRI Annual Meeting. Please read through the guidelines for this program before completing the application form.
The Vancouver Convention Centre has 16 inclusive bathrooms on site, all of which are equipped with an infant changing station. A comfortable nursing room with infant changing stations can also be found in each of the convention centre buildings, providing additional convenience and privacy.
While SRI will not be offering child care onsite at the 2024 Annual Meeting, Destination Vancouver has provided a list of local nanny and child care service agencies.
