SRI Infographic Contest 2025

This year, SRI is launching an infographic contest to help you, our In Training Members, showcase your research in new ways, develop your science communications skills, and support your attendance at the Annual Scientific Meeting in Charlotte, North Carolina, March 25-29, 2025.

This competition is open to all trainee members and non-members of SRI: undergraduate students, MSc and PhD students, postdoctoral fellows, residents and clinical fellows.

Infographics will be judged by an expert panel of SRI members and winning infographics will be displayed at the meeting, on our website, and social media.

Important Dates:

Contest Opens: January 1, 2025
Contest Closes: March 1, 2025
Winning Designers Notified: March 14, 2025

Other Details:

Design an infographic to describe either your area of research/project or another specific area related to reproductive and women’s health – be creative!
Infographics must be 8x10” (letter page), color, ideally with font size between 9-12pt and converted to PDF format
Infographics will be judged on the overall appearance, quality and clarity of information disseminated, and scientific accuracy
Applicants are limited to one submission.

Prizes:

The top 2 winners will receive paid registration to attend SRI 2025 in Charlotte, March 25-29, 2025).
The next 3 winners will receive (1) ticket each to The Featles on Friday, March 28 at the Charlotte Convention Center.
All applicants will be entered into a raffle to win 1 of 6 SRI Memberships (1 year; value $105).
