The Physiological Society welcomes everyone to attend their upcoming meeting, ‘Environmental Impacts on Pregnancy and Offspring Outcomes: Lessons Learned and Avenues for Intervention’ taking place on September 29, in London.

This one-day meeting will bring international experts together to discuss the latest work on the impact of the environment on maternal physiological support of offspring development. The Physiological Society is very excited about the program and, as you will see from the schedule, they have packed the day with lots of fascinating talks on topics related to the environment and the developing fetal brain, long-term effects of diets and pollutants in pregnancy, and how pregnancy outcomes may be improved using stem cells and antioxidants. Abstract submission is currently open until 30 June, and there will be a prize for the best oral and poster communication at the end of the meeting.
